warning message, broken link on your main page

Postby chuckroast00 » Mon Apr 27, 2009 3:51 pm

I just sent Chris a message about a warning message I got while trying to import an EAD from our library.

The warning is "Warning: main() [function.main]: Node no longer exists in /var/www/archon/2.22/Archon/packages/collections/db/import-ead.inc.php on line 128".

Is this a problem?

Also, the link to the Usergroup/Listserv is broken. Something about Mailman being funky.

Thanks for your help! Archon looks great. I'm presenting it to our Special Collections dept. soon.

Is this warning appearing in your webbrowser while you are importing the ead file or is it going into an error log?

The warning itself comes as no surprise and indicates no bug in Archon, but if the warning is being sent to the browser then there is a bug in how Archon attempts to suppress certain warnings.

Do you have php configured somehow so that certain situations are more likely to be reported as warnings instead of notices?
