I took the time to scan the file for viruses before I uncompressed it and before I ran it, and I highly recommend you do the same because one can never be too safe on the net.
- Browse to http://browsers.evolt.org/?ie/32bit/standalone and select your desired IE version.
- Save the file to disk, and extract it to a folder.
- Double click the iexplore.exe and your desired IE version should open with a new window.
