Scanning photographs and linking to item record

Postby April » Fri Mar 15, 2013 3:27 pm

Hi all, I am attempting to process backlogged collections and would like to scan photographs and link digital images to item records as I go along. I can't find instructions on how to do this anywhere--the manual instructions don't match what I'm seeing on the screen at all. Any help would me much appreciated!

I've tried fumbling my way through, but when I try to upload a file I get a red/pink bar across the top and it doesn't do anything...Thanks again.

Hi April,

what extension does the file have you are trying to enter. Is it listed in the File Types Manager?

Also there is a new online manual in draft form that may help
